Production Info

Due to the handmade nature of the business and supplies availability, occasionally some of the materials used in our products such as ribbons, strings, artificial foliage, textiles, yarn etc. may differ slightly from what’s shown on the website. We always do our best to create items that resemble the products shown on our website but slight variations may happen.

In a case when we are unable to create the product that you ordered due to lack of the right materials, we will notify you via email and suggest alternative options.

Lead Time

Since all of our products are handmade and take significant time to make, our dispatch times vary from 5 to 15 working days. Large orders may take longer. We will notify you via email if our estimated production time exceeds 15 working days.
